DH left today to drive to North Bay, then on to Petawawa for this year's career manager appointment.
Tomorrow he'll text me and say if we're moving this year or not. If yes, he'll probably have a couple of possible locations. In 2007, we got offered two bases and ended up at a third.
Yes, though. If it's yes, eventually they'll give us a posting message with a location on it. Hopefully it will be correct. It wasn't when we moved to our current location, though, so it's still not set in stone.
When we go on our house hunting trip, or HHT, we'll know for sure. One week to buy a house. It's organized chaos.
Then comes the physical move. I'm going to skip over that one here. It's a little bit crazy.
Then the claims. Money, money, money. Ugh. Damage.
Anyway, this may be the beginning of another adventure. I'm trying not to think about different units and whether or not he'll be deployed. I'm focusing on pretty houses where I want to go to stay sane, like these:
MLS# 00957778 would leave us a buttload of cash for renovation, but it's 20 minutes from Gagetown.
